The 2301 Fold Down Wall Desk is designed primarily for the Healthcare Industry for use in patient rooms, nurses stations or any place that requires secure HIPPA compliant storage with the convenience of a fold down desk. When closed the 2301 features a locking, slotted storage compartment for dropping in and storing charts, documents and x-rays. When open the interior storage compartment features a steel divider allowing documents to remain upright and organized,and a smooth work surface (21-1/2”w x 18-3/4”d), ideal for quick, convenient use and requiring very little space. The 2301 features sturdy, easy to disinfect, steel construction with no sharp edges and powder-coated paint finishes in black or sandstone. All powder-coat paint finishes are certified to be of low VOC content [<50g per liter], and emit no hazardous air pollutants (HAP) or noxious fumes when exposed to fire [NFPA 704 Health=1, Fire=1, Reactivity=0]. All Steel is manufactured with 30-40% post consumer material and is 100% recyclable.
